Share a Clip — +50 Participation XP

• Share a qualifying gameplay, practice, sportsmanship, improvement, or competitive moment that meaningfully involves you.
• Maximum 1 qualifying clip per week. For XP purposes, a week runs Monday through Sunday.

Help a Community Member — +100 Participation XP

• Help another community member through mentorship, equipment troubleshooting, strategy or VOD review, guidance, or another meaningful form of support.
• Maximum 1 verified instance per month.

Use Pulse for the Season — +200 Participation XP

• Participate meaningfully in your assigned Pulse activities throughout the EPA League season.
• Awarded once per season. EPA verifies Pulse participation through available program records.

Repeat Member — +200 Participation XP

• Return for another EPA League season. Awarded once per season after your first.
• Repeat Member XP becomes eligible after the player remains enrolled beyond the applicable refund or cancellation period.

Refer an Enrolled Player — +1,500 Impact XP

• Refer a qualifying player who enrolls in EPA League.
• Impact XP is the only XP that progresses toward Pinnacle.
• Referral Impact XP remains pending until the referred player's enrollment passes the applicable refund or cancellation period.

Bonus XP Opportunities

• EPA may offer additional Participation XP during select events, challenges, or community activities.
• Eligibility, XP value, limits, and submission requirements will be announced with the applicable opportunity.
• Bonus XP is Participation XP unless EPA explicitly identifies it as Impact XP.

Multiple Activities

• Players may submit multiple qualifying activities in one submission. Each selected activity is reviewed independently.
• One activity may be approved while another is denied, held for clarification, or awaiting additional verification.
• One invalid activity does not invalidate the rest of the submission.

Share a Clip Verification

• The player must be meaningfully involved in the submitted clip.
• The same clip cannot be submitted repeatedly. Reposts or re-edits of substantially the same content do not create additional XP.
• EPA may reject content that is inappropriate, misleading, or unrelated to the intended activity.

Help a Community Member Verification

• Identify who you helped and briefly explain what you did. Supporting evidence may be included when useful.
• There is no fixed time minimum. The assistance must represent a meaningful contribution.
• Reciprocal arrangements created primarily to generate XP do not qualify.

Submission Integrity

• XP is awarded only for qualifying activities EPA can reasonably verify.
• Duplicate, false, misleading, or repeated claims do not qualify.
• Attempts to exploit or manipulate the XP program do not qualify.

Qualifying Referral

• +1,500 Impact XP per qualifying referral.
• A referred player generally qualifies when they have never previously enrolled in EPA League, or have not been enrolled for at least 12 consecutive months.
• Refunded or canceled enrollments do not qualify.
• A qualifying enrollment may be credited to only one referring player.

Impact XP Rollover

• Impact XP does not expire.
• Former or inactive EPA League players may continue earning Impact XP through qualifying referrals.
• Players must be actively enrolled in EPA League to redeem rewards.

Participation Reward Choice

• Contender (750 XP): Gift Cards.
• Challenger (1,500 XP): EPA Merchandise or Gift Cards.
• Elite (4,000 XP): Gaming Equipment, EPA Merchandise, or Gift Cards.
• A player has one active Participation reward redemption opportunity at a time. Unused opportunities do not stack.

Annual Reward Reset

• The EPA League reward year runs August 1 through July 31.
• Each August 1, eligible active players receive one new Participation reward redemption opportunity at their current tier.
• Participation XP and status do not reset.

Pinnacle Redemption

• Pinnacle (15,000 Impact XP) includes a one-time lifetime Gaming Computer reward opportunity.
• Redeeming the Gaming Computer does not deduct Impact XP or remove Pinnacle status, and it does not reset annually.

How to Redeem

• Reward redemption is currently manual. Once you reach an eligible tier, contact EPA League staff in Discord.
• Contacting EPA does not automatically redeem, reserve, or guarantee a specific reward.
• Players must be actively enrolled in EPA League to redeem a reward.

If a Player Leaves EPA League

• Participation XP and status are preserved.
• Participation progression becomes inactive while the player is not enrolled.
• Rewards cannot be redeemed while the player is inactive.
• If the player returns, Participation XP progression resumes from the previous balance.

Impact XP While Inactive

• Impact XP does not expire.
• Inactive or former players may continue earning Impact XP through qualifying referrals.
• Reaching Pinnacle while inactive preserves the achievement, but the player must return to active enrollment before redeeming the Gaming Computer.
